Commitment to Transparency

Donation Policy

Transparency is a core value for us, and we’re committed to being clear about how your contributions are used. Our goal is for 100% of your donation to reach the beneficiaries we support. To make this possible, we use trusted providers to process donations securely. These providers charge small transaction fees, which are taken automatically. You will also have the option to add a little extra to cover these costs, so that your full intended gift can go directly to the cause.

All donations made through our website are processed securely through Donorbox and PayPal. These third-party platforms may charge processing fees on each transaction.

On our Uplift Beneficiaries page, all donations made through The Olive Branch Group are transferred directly to the beneficiary’s official fundraising link, such as GoFundMe, Chuffed, Spotfund, or similar platforms where the beneficiary has personally shared their story and request for support. All collected donations are transferred at the end of each month.

Please note that while The Olive Branch Group conducts careful screening of both the campaign organiser and the beneficiary to ensure communication is established and the campaign is genuine before we agree to feature it, funds are transferred directly to verified campaigns hosted on established fundraising platforms.
